The 2009 Baxter Graduation
Howard Norton led his first Baxter graduation as the new president of Baxter Institute in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
While this graduation was relatively sparsely attending with many long time supporters of Baxter missing from the ranks,
those that were there felt blessed to be part of a wonderful celebration with 8 graduates of the licensure and diploma programs and over a hundred getting certification from the CELO program.
Many of those at the graduation felt that the political problems Honduras has had may have contributed to the slimmer numbers this year.

It is traditional for Neal and Annabelle Lawrence to invite those whom they are supporting or have supported to lunch on Sunday after the graduation. The Tomkinses felt fortunate to be included in that number this year. |
